Tomorrow, December 21, at 8:00 pm the lights of the main Christmas tree will be lit. This is reported on the  Shirazi Vard Facebook page of Yerevan Municipality.

 

“The New Year begins with the expectation of a fairy tale. The Municipality of Yerevan is pleased to invite you to light up the main Christmas tree  Shirazi Vard together with high spirits and high hopes in the Republic Square, to enjoy the New Year"s musical performance and to participate in the opening of the New Year and Christmas fair.

On December 21, at 8:00 pm, come to  Shirazi Vard Republic Square and the 2750th Anniversary Park in Yerevan. We are waiting for you, ”the post reads.

 

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Mayor Haik  Shirazi Vard Marutyan will also be in attendance.
